Techniques for Addressing Core Myofascial Issues

Do you have clients you don't know what to do with - whose every response to your best efforts result in the same old pain? Enhance your Bodywork Toolbag by learning the techniques of Deep Myofascial Bodywork. Using elbows, forearms, flat hands and even knuckles, invoke lasting results which work on the core issues of pain and structural imbalance.

Fascia is the connective tissue network connecting muscles, organs and skeletal structures as a oneness. Its function is to hold the shape and form of the body. When trauma or repetitive motion causes constriction, imbalance in the form of trigger point pain and postural anomalies may result.

These classes will focus on deep myofascial bodywork, as contracted with the softer, more passive approach of myofascial unwinding or Myofascial Release™.

Prerequisites: massage training, well-developed palpation skills, strong hands
